The course focuses on an evolved version of Hakata's famous "mizutaki"
It doesn't use ponzu sauce, so the taste and way of eating it is different from other mizutaki.
We offer a new style of mizutaki.
Chicken bones are slowly boiled to extract a rich chicken extract for 3 to 4 hours.
KINGSCOTE's evolved “Arita chicken mizutaki” condenses the flavor of the chicken and filters it to make the soup.
In addition to the soup, the chicken is coated with kelp in advance to remove the odor and bring out the flavor of the chicken.
We also accept reservations for seats only.

Please enjoy a variety of a la carte dishes of the day, such as fresh fish caught in the Genkai Sea, seasonal vegetables, chicken pulled in the morning, and carefully selected meat.

The following is an example of the menu.
A soup espuma wrapped in creamy foam made by blending several types of miso, and a miso-based soup with a little bit of pork bone. As you eat while stirring, the two layers of soup intertwine, changing the taste and making it twice as delicious. We also recommend trying out the different flavors with homemade japanese spice.
Be sure to try Hakata's new specialty, "Miso Macchiato," which contains bok choy, boiled egg, and chashu pork under the espuma, and goes perfectly with curly noodles.
"KINGSCOTE" is located at the top of the stairs with an inorganic design from the entrance.
When you open the door, you will find yourself in a high-quality and extraordinary space unified by wood grain and chic colors. The counter, made by local craftsmen using artificial grinding stones, is eye-catching, and there is a grill in the center where you can enjoy freshly prepared dishes.
